Young Company - The Frog Princess: A Festive Adventure

We're looking for up to 12 talented young people to form two casts of 6 performing key roles:

• Young Flora
• Young Jude
• Ensemble

We are interested in hearing from young people who are confident on stage and can commit to this in-depth process.

Young Flora and Young Jude need to have strong singing abilities and be prepared to sing solo. All performers should be proficient in acting, movement and singing.

Key information

• Participation is on a voluntary basis.
• The Point will need to apply for a child performance licence and being part of the production means missing some school
• Performers will be split into 2 teams and share the performances (performances are not allocated until all casting is complete)
• Chaperones will be employed to look after you during the rehearsals and performances
• Your child will need to remain on site for the duration of sessions unless you are returning to school.

Commitment

• Attending all rehearsals and performances
• Photo consent for show promotions, print, social media etc.
• Attending costume fittings, photo calls etc.
• Acting as a positive advocate for the show and The Point
• Learning lines, songs by the deadlines set
• Make own travel arrangements to and from The Point
• All participants need to adhere to a code of conduct

Auditions

Auditions will be held on Sunday 14th June (all day)
