The Point is an international hub for the development of creatives and artists with world-class facilities.
We offer creatives at all career levels the space and support to grow their ideas, practice and organisational infrastructure through our FRESH programme, range of CPD opportunities and more informal ways to connect and network.
In addition we run a number of training opportunities for graduates and artists to support their ongoing practice.
Our world-class facilities include a residential Creation Space with double-height ceiling for aerial rigging.

Our Changemakers in Residence are trail blazing local companies who are using creative action to make a difference in our communities. They are working alongside us because of a shared purpose and desire to have a positive impact on local people and places, and we believe that by working together we can achieve even more, working together to enrich and improve people’s lives and to create a greener, brighter future.
We are able to offer subsidised Creation Space residencies, supporting artists to create their work and supporting the arts ecology more widely.

FRESH is a unique initiative aimed at supporting three innovative artists or companies who are redefining the performance landscape.
We have developed extensive partnerships with artists, producers and venues, and are proud to belong to a range of networks in our region and across the UK.
The Sorting Office is dynamic studio space: home to a number of gifted artists and designer-makers from a variety of disciplines.
