Hire The Point Spaces

We have a variety of areas available to hire at The Point. Choose from meeting rooms, our dance studio or the Auditorium itself, there are plenty of options to help your event become a success.

About The Point

The Point, Eastleigh was developed in 1996 with one of the first National Lottery grants. The old part of our beautiful building dates back to the late 1800s. Our auditorium is based in Eastleigh's original Town Hall and our Studio Theatre was formerly part of the town’s library. In 2009 our Phase 3 building project joined new and old together with the addition of our Creation Space.

With our main theatre, dance studio, studio theatre, residential Creation Space and three meeting rooms, our building offers an exciting and inspiring location for a wide range of events.

We can provide catering and technical support, with AV and professional sound and lighting equipment available on request. We will meet with you to chat through all your requirements to make your event run as smoothly as possible.

Terms & Conditions – Point Profile Exclusive Offer

Creative Spaces Membership
