Explore the world of contemporary dance through floor work, fluid release-based movement, and dynamic movement phrases. Build body awareness, strength, coordination, and confidence through creative exercises and engaging choreography.
Led by Hayley, an experienced and passionate contemporary dance artist, each class offers supportive guidance and adaptable teaching to help every dancer develop at their own pace.
This open-level class is ideal for adults with some previous dance experience, although no prior contemporary dance training is required. Classes are tailored to the individuals attending, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can learn, challenge yourself, and enjoy moving to music.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, water, socks.

The Point is fully wheelchair accessible with flat level access to our Box Office and all performance spaces. There is a lift to our meeting room and wheelchair accessible seating areas. We have three accessible toilets.
There is limited disabled parking available outside our entrance, or alternatively disabled parking is widely available at any of the town centre's car parks.

The Point does not have a public car park. We recommend using town centre parking in Eastleigh, a short walk away. Parking charges apply from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday—please check before you arrive. We suggest using the Mitchell Road or Swan Centre long-stay car parks.
