Join us for a five-week journey of movement, creativity, and self-discovery. This course blends yoga, dance, breath-work, and artistic expression to help you unlock your creative potential, overcome resistance, and embrace flow.
Whether you're an artist, a mover, or someone who doesn’t yet see themselves as creative, this course is for you. It offers a playful, supportive space to explore, express, and reconnect with your inner artist. If you’ve ever wanted to tap into your creativity, get out of your head and into your body, or simply try something new—this is your invitation.
What to Expect:
- Gentle and dynamic movement practices to release tension and enhance creative flow.
- Guided journaling and reflective exercises to deepen self-awareness.
- Playful, expressive activities such as free writing, drawing, and storytelling.
- A supportive community space to share insights, ideas, and inspiration.
With Dani Bond
Dani is a theatre director, performer, dancer, and yoga teacher with a passion for igniting creativity in others. With a deep understanding of movement as a tool for self-expression, she integrates her experience in directing, performance, somatic practice, and creative coaching to guide participants toward artistic breakthroughs.
She believes that everyone has an innate creative spark - even if you don’t think of yourself as creative (yet!). Whether you're an artist seeking fresh inspiration or someone looking for a new way to express yourself, this course is designed to help you break free, find flow, and explore your creativity with confidence.

Situated in Eastleigh's beautifully refurbished Victorian Town Hall, we proudly present a variety of live performances, classes, residencies, and hands-on activities for our local community.

We want our building and everything we do to be as inclusive as possible and are committed to finding ways to allow all our audiences to enjoy their visit to The Point.
The Point is fully wheelchair accessible with flat level access to our Box Office and all performance spaces. There is a lift to our meeting room and wheelchair accessible seating areas. We have three accessible toilets.
There is limited disabled parking available outside our entrance, or alternatively disabled parking is widely available at any of the town centre's car parks.

Located in our inviting foyer, The Point Café Bar offers a diverse daily menu featuring delectable lunches, tempting cakes, and a selection of coffees and drinks. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and convenient power sockets in our cosy seating area—ideal for catching up on work or socialising with friends. Before your performance, feel free to grab a refreshing drink or a delicious ice cream to enjoy in our foyer or family-friendly atrium.

The Point does not have a public car park. We recommend using town centre parking in Eastleigh, a short walk away. Parking charges apply from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday—please check before you arrive. We suggest using the Mitchell Road or Swan Centre long-stay car parks.
