Spring 2025 Term Dates & Times:

Saturdays, 9.30am - 10.30am
Term starts 11th January and runs until 5th April 2025
No session during half term (Saturday 22nd February)

Yoga For All run by Laura from Pura Vida Wellbeing, is a mixed ability class, offering participants the chance to wake up and shake up on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday mornings and Wednesday lunchtimes.

Classes are designed to help participants adapt from a busy working week - setting you up for the weekend, by rewarding your body for its efforts by stretching and gently tapping into its needs.

Release any tensions you may be holding on to, breathe into the areas in the body that could use some extra attention. Adjust your mindset, and leave with a spring in your step.

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and if you have your own yoga mat please bring this with you. Limited mats will also be provided for those who don't have one.

Price is Pay As You Go

Yoga Pass

Yoga Passes are available to purchase for these classes, giving you six classes for the price of five.

The pass will be open to use for 6 months from date of purchase (but is only valid for six sessions at a time).

  • We want our building and everything we do to be as inclusive as possible and are committed to finding ways to allow all our audiences to enjoy their visit to The Point.

The Point is fully wheelchair accessible with flat level access to our Box Office and all performance spaces. There is a lift to our meeting room and wheelchair accessible seating areas. We have three accessible toilets.

There is limited disabled parking available outside our entrance, or alternatively disabled parking is widely available at any of the town centre's car parks.

  • Located in our inviting foyer, The Point Café Bar offers a diverse daily menu featuring delectable lunches, tempting cakes, and a selection of coffees and drinks. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and convenient power sockets in our cosy seating area—ideal for catching up on work or socialising with friends. Before your performance, feel free to grab a refreshing drink or a delicious ice cream to enjoy in our foyer or family-friendly atrium.

  • The Point does not have a public car park. We recommend using town centre parking in Eastleigh, a short walk away. Parking charges apply from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday—please check before you arrive. We suggest using the Mitchell Road or Swan Centre long-stay car parks.
