Steady and Strong Dance
Dance for Parkinson's
A social, uplifting movement class designed for people living with Parkinson’s, featuring upbeat music, friendly company and targeted activities to support mobility and confidence.
We Create Dance and Drama
A lively, fun session for adults with learning disabilities, exploring creativity through both drama and dance-based activities. This might include mime, acting scenarios, moving to music, developing stories and creating characters!
Dance Beyond
Dance Beyond is a vibrant contemporary dance company for active people aged 50+, offering a friendly space to move, learn, and connect. Sessions develop dance technique while encouraging creative exploration, with optional opportunities to perform and take part in wider projects. Open to all abilities, this supportive class welcomes both beginners and experienced dancers alike.
Inclusive Cinema
Our inclusive film screenings at The Point offer a relaxed, supportive environment for everyone, particularly people living with dementia, learning or physical difficulties, along with their families and carers. With softer sound, brighter lighting, subtitles and the freedom to move in and out of the theatre, our friendly staff are always on hand to help.
