Free Antiques Valuation Day with Paul Martin from Flog It!
Television antiques expert Paul Martin will be offering free valuations to people in Eastleigh.
The Flog It! star will be here at The Point to host a community valuation day.
The valuation day will provide an opportunity for residents of Eastleigh the chance to find out the value of any items they have been wondering about. These items will be evaluated by an expert and giving you the chance to gain insight into their historical and monetary value.
Paul said: "I’m always intrigued by the amazing items that turn up at these events.
"But it’s not all about the items, it’s about community and sharing our local histories too."
Come along and bring any items, including antiques, collectables, silver, gold, militaria and jewellery. These items will be discussed with Paul, valued and may even be put up for sale.
The event will run 10am to 3pm
This will be on a first-come-first-served basis and you will be required to wait on site to be seen. Please note Paul may not be able to see everyone depending on the waiting times on the day.
Paul: "Whether it’s a family heirloom, a curious find from a flea market, or an antique that’s been gathering dust, I’m excited to hear the stories behind each piece.
"While I enjoy my TV work, my true passion has always been antiques.
"These events let me connect with people, share in their history, and uncover the stories that make these items special."
Paul is best known for presenting the BBC show Fog It!, as well as Antiques Road Trip, Britain’s Hidden Heritage and Paul Martin’s Auction Showdown on My5.

The Point is fully wheelchair accessible with flat level access to our Box Office and all performance spaces. There is a lift to our meeting room and wheelchair accessible seating areas. We have three accessible toilets.
There is limited disabled parking available outside our entrance, or alternatively disabled parking is widely available at any of the town centre's car parks.

The Point does not have a public car park. We recommend using town centre parking in Eastleigh, a short walk away. Parking charges apply from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday—please check before you arrive. We suggest using the Mitchell Road or Swan Centre long-stay car parks.
