Free personal assistant tickets
On selected shows we are delighted to offer a free personal assistant ticket to anyone who needs additional support. To book please call our box office on 023 8065 2333
Make an enquiryYour tickets will be delivered as an e-ticket to the email address you have provided. We recommend adding your mobile number to your account so we can also text your tickets the day before.
Your e-ticket does not have to be printed, just show them on your smart device at the Theatre. If you can't find your tickets, they can be downloaded from your account at anytime, just login and click on E-ticket. You may be asked for proof of identity to check the validity of the e-ticket. Unauthorised duplication of your e-ticket may prevent admittance to the event.
On selected performances, children under 10 months of age, who are able to sit on a parent/guardian's lap during the performance, can attend for free, otherwise a separate seat is required and standard ticket charges apply.
Each ticket price (unless otherwise stated) includes a levy to support our building and activities. We do not charge a booking fee.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, MasterCard or Visa (debit or credit). We also accept The Point and The Berry Theatre gift tokens for sales which can be made online via your account, in person or over the phone.

We can hold reserved tickets for three working days (21 days for group bookings) after which we will contact you to confirm or release your tickets. Reservations will not be taken 48 hours before a show.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be changed for another performance of the same show incurring an administration fee of £2.50 on the condition that we are contacted at least 48 hours before the performance. In the unlikely event that the performance you have booked for is cancelled or rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the price paid.
